For a long time, my inner voice has accompanied me challenging me, and at times, tormenting me. This internal dialogue, sometimes kind, sometimes destructive, shapes my choices, emotions, and perception of the world.
Follower is a choreographic creation that explores this duality: between control and freedom, between struggle and surrender. Through movement, the piece gives form to this invisible force that lives within each of us one that, depending on its intensity, can either guide us or imprison us.

About

Karima began her journey by exploring urban dance before transitioning to contemporary dance in 2020. She has collaborated with various companies and choreographers, enriching her stage experience both nationally and internationally.As an educator, she teaches in cultural centers, sharing her passion for dance and passing on her expertise to diverse audiences.In 2023, Karima presented her first solo creation, Mektoub, and is currently working on a new project titled ''Follower''Her creations are inspired by the struggles of life, traditions, and cultures,
blending authentic movement with metaphorical scenography. Her work aims to provoke reflection and dialogue, fostering deep conversations through art.
